Akked is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent, and trustworthy platform for all users across Iraq.

This policy outlines the measures used to help prevent fraud, scams, misleading activity, and misuse of the platform.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Creating false or misleading profiles
Using fake identities or impersonating others
Misrepresenting qualifications, experience, or services
Publishing deceptive advertisements or job listings
Requesting fraudulent payments or financial information
Attempting to scam, exploit, threaten, or mislead other users
Using the platform for unlawful or unauthorized activities

Any violation of this policy may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

To help protect users and platform integrity, Akked may monitor:

User profiles
Advertisements and listings
Platform activity and interactions
User reports and complaints
Suspicious behavior or unusual activity

Accounts or content identified as potentially fraudulent, misleading, or unsafe may be reviewed, restricted, suspended, or removed without prior notice.

Users are encouraged to immediately report:

Fraud or scam attempts
Fake profiles or advertisements
Suspicious communication
Misleading service claims
Unsafe or abusive behavior

Reports may be submitted through platform reporting tools or by contacting Akked support.

For additional protection, users are encouraged to:

Verify worker or employer information before proceeding

Clearly agree on job scope, pricing, and payment terms upfront

Avoid sharing sensitive financial or personal information unnecessarily

Use caution when dealing with unfamiliar users

Report suspicious activity immediately

Akked reserves the right to:

Remove fraudulent content or advertisements
Restrict or suspend accounts
Permanently terminate accounts involved in fraud or scams
Investigate suspicious platform activity
Cooperate with relevant Iraqi authorities when legally required

Users remain fully responsible for evaluating services, agreements, and transactions conducted through the platform.

All platform activities and enforcement actions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Iraq.
