All work arrangements, payment terms, cancellation conditions, schedules, and refund agreements are negotiated and agreed directly between the worker and the employer before any work begins.
Workers and employers may cancel work arrangements according to the terms they agreed upon directly.
Any refund requests, payment returns, compensation claims, or financial disputes must be handled directly between the worker and the employer according to their mutual agreement.
All financial arrangements and transactions conducted through the platform are solely the responsibility of the involved users.
Akked is not responsible for:
- Unpaid services
- Delayed payments
- Refund disputes
- Compensation claims
- Financial losses between users
If disputes arise regarding cancellations, payments, refunds, work quality, or agreements, users must attempt to resolve the matter directly between themselves.
