Akked does not provide, perform, manage, supervise, or guarantee any services listed, advertised, or arranged through the platform. Akked is not a party to any agreement, negotiation, contract, or transaction made between users.

Workers and service providers using Akked are independent users and are not employees, representatives, agents, contractors, or partners of Akked.

Akked does not recruit, employ, supervise, train, manage, or control workers listed on the platform.

All work arrangements, service details, schedules, pricing, project scope, payment terms, and work methods are determined directly between users.

Akked does not monitor or control how services are performed after users connect through the platform.

Akked does not guarantee:

Service quality
Worker qualifications or certifications
User identity or reliability
Accuracy of advertisements or listings
Availability of workers or employers
Completion of work or projects
Payment fulfillment between users

Users are solely responsible for independently evaluating workers, employers, services, and agreements before proceeding with any arrangement.

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Iraq, Akked shall not be liable for:

Disputes between users
Financial losses or damages
Unpaid services or payments
Fraud, scams, or misleading information
Injuries, accidents, or property damage
User misconduct or behavior
Service delays or work quality issues
Any direct or indirect claims arising from platform use

All interactions, agreements, services, and transactions conducted through the platform are made entirely at the users' own responsibility and risk.

Users are fully responsible for:

Their profiles and advertisements
Communications and agreements
Work arrangements and services
Financial transactions and payments
Compliance with Iraqi laws and regulations

Users must use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully.

All users must comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Iraq while using Akked and its services.

Illegal activity, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension, removal of content, or legal action when required.

Akked reserves the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue platform features, services, or policies at any time without prior notice.
