To use Akked, users must:

Users are responsible for:

Workers and service providers may create profiles and publish advertisements for their services.

All published information, descriptions, photos, and listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Akked is an advertising and communication platform only.

The platform only helps users publish advertisements and connect independently with workers, employers, businesses, and service providers across Iraq.

All work arrangements, negotiations, payments, service terms, schedules, and agreements are handled directly between users.

Users are fully responsible for all financial agreements and payments arranged through the platform.

Akked is not responsible for:

• Unpaid work or services
• Payment disputes
• Financial losses
• Fraudulent transactions
• Compensation claims between users

Users must interact respectfully and lawfully while using the platform.

Users may not:

• Publish illegal or misleading content
• Offer unlawful services
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Violate Iraqi laws or public regulations
• Use the platform for harmful or unauthorized activities

Akked does not guarantee:

• Service quality
• Worker qualifications or certifications
• Accuracy of advertisements
• Completion of work or projects
• User behavior or conduct
• Availability of workers or employers

Akked may modify, update, suspend, or improve platform features, services, or policies at any time without prior notice.

Any dispute related to services, payments, agreements, or conduct must be resolved directly between the involved users.

Akked reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate platform policies
• Violate Iraqi laws
• Publish harmful or misleading content
• Misuse platform services
• Create security or safety risks

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Iraq.
