Akked is a technology and advertising platform that helps connect independent workers, skilled professionals, service providers, employers, businesses, and individuals across Iraq.

Workers and service providers listed on Akked operate independently and are not employees, representatives, partners, or agents of Akked.

Individuals, homeowners, companies, and employers who hire workers through the platform enter into direct arrangements and agreements with those workers independently.

Akked does not employ, recruit, supervise, manage, or control workers listed on the platform.

All work arrangements, negotiations, payments, service terms, schedules, responsibilities, and agreements are handled directly between users without Akked involvement.

Akked does not guarantee:

• Service quality
• Worker qualifications or certifications
• Accuracy of advertisements or listings
• Completion of services or projects
• Payment between users
• User conduct or behavior
• Availability of workers or employers

The platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Their advertisements and published content
• Communications with other users
• Work agreements and arrangements
• Payments and financial transactions
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Their conduct and behavior while using the platform

All users must comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Iraq while accessing or using Akked services and platform features.
