To help build trust and improve platform safety, Akked provides a worker verification framework for profiles listed on the platform.
To activate an account, workers are required to provide:
- Full name
- Mobile phone number
- Service category or profession
- Location within Iraq
Workers may optionally submit supporting identification documents, including:
- Iraqi National ID
- Residency documentation (when applicable)
For certain professional services, workers may upload:
- Certificates
- Training documents
- Portfolio images
- Work samples
Workers may build credibility and reputation through:
Customer Ratings
Users can rate workers after completing a service, helping build a visible trust score.
User Reviews
Written feedback from employers and clients helps other users evaluate workers.
Profile Activity
Active, responsive profiles signal reliability and professionalism to platform users.
Work and Service History
A track record of completed jobs and services builds long-term credibility on the platform.
Akked may review, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Receive repeated complaints
- Engage in fraud or suspicious activity
- Violate platform policies or Iraqi laws
