Worker–Employer Service Agreement

The terms governing services, advertisements, and work arrangements made through the Akked platform across Iraq.

By accessing or using Akked, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before proceeding.

This agreement governs services, advertisements, and work arrangements made through Akked. By using the platform, workers, employers, businesses, service providers, and clients acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this agreement.

Akked operates solely as an advertising and communication platform connecting independent workers and service providers with individuals and businesses across Iraq.

Workers and service providers using Akked are independent users and are not employees, representatives, partners, or agents of Akked.

Employers, businesses, homeowners, and clients engage workers directly and independently through the platform.

The use of Akked does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or contractual relationship between Akked and any user.

All work arrangements, negotiations, agreements, schedules, service details, pricing, and project terms must be discussed and agreed directly between users before any work begins.

Akked is not involved in negotiations, supervision, management, or execution of services arranged through the platform.

All payment arrangements and financial transactions are handled directly between workers and employers unless otherwise specified by the platform.

Akked is not responsible for:

  • Unpaid services
  • Delayed payments
  • Financial disputes
  • Compensation claims
  • Payment collection between users

Workers & Service Providers must:

  • Provide accurate profile and service information
  • Deliver services professionally and responsibly
  • Communicate respectfully with clients

Employers & Clients must:

  • Provide accurate job descriptions and expectations
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Pay workers according to agreed terms
All users are responsible for complying with Iraqi laws and platform policies.

Any disputes related to services, agreements, payments, conduct, delays, damages, or work quality must be resolved directly between the involved users.

Akked may assist communication when appropriate but is not responsible for dispute investigation, resolution, compensation, or legal enforcement.

Akked does not guarantee:

  • Service quality
  • Worker qualifications or certifications
  • Accuracy of advertisements or profiles
  • Reliability or conduct of users
  • Completion of services or projects
  • Payment fulfillment between users
Users acknowledge and agree that Akked is not legally responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, disputes, misconduct, delays, fraud, or claims arising from services or interactions arranged through the platform. The platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

All services, communications, and activities conducted through Akked must comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Iraq.

Illegal activities, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension, removal of content, or legal action when required.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Akked services, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Worker–Employer Service Agreement.
